The discredited campaign being directed towards victims/surviviors/individuals of child abuse within industrials schools should consider re-directing their immense financial, emotive and labatory low ecological experiemental researched arguments towards those criminal justice operatives who have been tasked with investigating, detecting and prosecuting those accused of abusing.
There is extreme suggestiability that criminal procedure against those accused is non-existent. I suggest with great vigor and having observed directly, that there is no criminal procedures or governance that currently exists that carefully and sensitively extracts information from witnesses (victims/survivors). The manner in which police have endeavoured to question, fact find, detect and investigate abuse claims, is dispicable. Ultimately, in my opinon, it is police practice, governmental policies and 'others' motivation hierachy of needs) that needs to be questioned, scrutinised and understood. LOVE espouses many things, but ironically, the nurturing need of LOVE was not given to many. Love's self-effacy beggars belief. Eye-witness testimony will always be questionable, but there is never any research that is based on a sample population that cannot seriously equate to each individual surivivor of industrial schools that mirrors those considered within the false memory research. Wide generalisations are being made, and it's time that LOVE came with a health warning!!!
