Right of Place (Chris Heaphy) Irish SOCA (John Kelly) TSISA (Tom Cronin) Alliance (Tom Hayes)
Right to Peace (Michael O'Brien) JAHFIA (Sean Leonard)ISIA (Paul Cronin
Paddy,
As far as I am concerned all of the people above only want one thing ,MONEY,
They have lived off the backs of the survivors for the last 10 years . As the well is drying up they say they are representing all the survivors. Not one of them has asked for JUSTICE. While these people are concentrating on funds to carry on their lavish lifestyles we will not get any JUSTICE . May. (Name and address supplied)

In 2009, Colm Toibin gave a character reference to the writer Desmond Hogan who had been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 15-year old boy. Seems Toibin has sympathy for sex offenders.

Paddy,
You may have struggled with pain while revealing the hidden horror of the past, but you have helped open the door to the truth.

You have left a solid footstep - your book is now a part Ireland’s history.

Paddy,

What has always set your work apart and far and away above so many others is the true humanity that shines through; your absolute cheekiness (in the nicest way); and your unflinching, unapologetic manner. It still remains one of my favorite reads and although I know it is completely factual, I think your style reminds me a great deal of another favorite (fiction) Doyle of mine...Roddy. I think it is possible to shine a light on pain while still preserving your sense of humour.

All the institutions where the rape torture and enslavement of children took place should be as well signposted as the shiny glass and steel tribute to Edmund Rice in Waterford.

A fitting and lasting memorial would be to designate the third Monday of every March as a day for all Irish people regardless of religion. It can be called Paddy's day.

Paddy's day in March should be about Fairness, Tolerance and Inclusion instead of commemorating a Roman religious zealot and pathological liar who brought Rome in his wake.

Go Martha!

Hope you will be able to March on 24th with other long suffering survivors! We, who behind the scenes, have looked after our brothers and sisters in the way our Groupies should have and didn't.

Paddy, you are an amazing person. I hope you know that.

To re-live your past again and again, putting yourself through it all takes phenomenal strength and courage. You did that, and because of you so many had the courage to do so too.

The public need reminding constantly of the horrors you and others experienced because sadly most people in Ireland, as you know, are in denial and don't want to believe. And that's why it's taken you over 10yrs of fighting..oh paddy how I pray for a day when you can stop fighting and spend your days in peace.

Mick Heaney, the author of this article finishes by saying:-

"As we digest the enormity of the abuse scandals over the past two decades, the truth is so devastating there will be no room for fiction."

The Irish, per se, have not even begun to digest the Truth of their collective (Colonial-Roman Catholic) history, so they (Irish Society) will continue to thrive on FICTION for many generations to come.

There are some of us (Irish individuals) who have no illusions whatsoever about the type of society we grew up in, not least the type of society we still inhabit. That's why we don't write so-called "misery memoirs" embellesihed or not. Instead, we focus our attention on our own children and do all we can to ensure they do not end up being the "fodder" of the Catholic Church and its anti-human dogma which still (in 2010) permeates our culture.

Such parents are the "unsung heroes" of Ireland and we like our anonymity: we're not looking for Awards or Celebrity status, we just want our kids to be Normal Happy People.
