CHARLIE TAYLOR, PAUL CULLEN and LORNA SIGGINS

THE VATICAN is still not accepting responsibility for its role in creating the culture of cover-ups of the sexual abuse of children, it was claimed yesterday.

One in Four, which supports survivors of abuse, expressed disappointment over what it said was the Vatican’s failure to acknowledge that its interventions in the abuse scandal had allowed church leaders to ignore guidelines and to protect the church at the expense of the safety of children.

“While we welcome the findings of the visitation that the Irish church now has good child protection practices in place, we feel it is a lost opportunity to address the role played by the Vatican in perpetuating the policy of protecting abusive priests at the expense of children,” said executive director of the organisation Maeve Lewis.

One in Four founder Colm O’Gorman said the seven-page summary of the visitation reports offered very little of value and was “almost farcical” in places.

Speaking on Newstalk radio, he said that while the church had put a number of guidelines in place, it had resolutely failed to follow or respect them.

“Nowhere in this statement or in any statement the Vatican has ever made, has it acknowledged its responsibility for the cover-up of these crimes for its failure to properly address these crimes at any point,” he said.

Abuse survivor Christine Buckley, of the Aíslínn Centre, said the Vatican had once again failed to acknowledge the enormous damage done to children. “It’s actually a regression instead of a progression,” she said.

Another abuse survivor, Andrew Madden, said the Vatican had “failed yet again to acknowledge and take responsibility for its role in facilitating a culture of cover-up which has caused the sexual abuse of so many children”.

The Rape Crisis Network of Ireland said the report was welcome but was not a substitute for accountability to State structures.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny said he was satisfied from his discussions with church authorities that it was giving full co-operation on child protection issues.

Speaking outside the White House after his meeting with US president Barack Obama, Mr Kenny said every agency working with children had a duty and a responsibility to work in full compliance with the Government as it worked to set in place proper child protection through a referendum to be held later this year.

Fianna Fáil said the report offered no new perspective on the abuse crisis but it highlighted the need for prompter action on a range of concrete child protection measures.

Sinn Féin said the report failed to acknowledge the full responsibility of church institutions.

`The Death Toll rises’ – in Australia a count is being taken of all of those unfortunate souls who took their own lives as a direct consequence of the many kinds of abuses they suffered at the hands of the Roman Catholic Church and its priests and followers. Those followers are complicit in the abuse and deaths as they enter the RC Church portals each week, and condone and collude in the continuing abuse or they parade in St Peter’s Square and other places, adoring and endorsing the architects of the abuses. The denials of the accomplice followers is their greatest individual shame.
It compares precisely with those referred to in those famous verses, “They came for the Jews and I did nothing, they came for the disabled and I did nothing, they came for …….. etc”.

“There is a larger question that is often overlooked by those who discuss Adrian’s Bull:
By what right did Adrian claim the Church owned Ireland in the first place?
If one is considering whether this “Donation of Adrian,” as it is sometimes called, had legal force, then ownership is crucial.
On this, the question of Adrian’s “legalization” of the English occupation of Ireland falls apart. The Church could not claim to own Ireland simply because there were Catholic churches there. It based its claim on a document known as the “Donation of Constantine.”

The “Donation of Constantine” was a document that purported to show that, about 324, the Roman Emperor Constantine I (the Great) had granted to the Catholic Church sovereignty over all of Italy and the Western Roman Empire.
It also included the phrase “and the various islands.” To say that included Ireland would be a very broad interpretation, since Ireland had never been occupied by the Romans.
If the document were legitimate that issue could be debated, but nearly everyone, including the Catholic Church, has now concluded the document was a forgery.
Legend has it that Pope Sylvester I had instructed Constantine in the faith and also cured him of leprosy.
In return, when Constantine moved his capital from Rome to Constantinople, the grateful Constantine issued this document, granting to the Church what amounted to about half the known world at the time. ”

This may well be useful shortly.

  3. Thank you Oliver.

I cannot see myself dressed up like an idiot sitting on some throne, waving like an insane woman, can you?

There is so much hidden from the sheeple and even when you tell them truth they deny it- easier that way.

Who wants to think they were brainwashed to believe untruths?

Much easier to deny and not accept responsibility.

Much easier to remain a white compliant sheep in the herd.

Did anyone see why the Queen went to Cashel? on whose orders? The Pope…… to try and take sovereign Eire and her people for the new timeline.

This time it has not worked.

There was nothing in the media on this important event though.

  5. Oh Portia, you absolute darling, history is unfortunately written by the victors.Where have you been all of my distorted life. I unfortunately, have contested the seat of Rome. Perhaps I as pope could be your assistant. As of now, a Popess could be assisted by the pope. These murdering culprits, have made a dirty habit of doing exactly what they please. One would think that supposedly leaders of the Irish people would consider what we the Victims of these horrible uglier than ugly Vatican abusers, murderers and guilty of every crime possible, should be banned from any firm of representation anywhere in the world. I am aware that very soon these men in gowns, will come to a very sticky end. Horray! for we victims. Bring it on. No Pope, and down with popery . If we can’t have Popess Portia, then we will have nothing at all. You should join the anti Catholic Group as PR person , and I will be rear gunner. Twisted Oliver.

HOW THE POPES GAVE IRELAND TO ENGLAND.
The suppressed facts of history are that when King Henry IIof England landed with an army of 4,000 at Waterford in October 1171, he came at the Pope’s behest and carrying as his authority the Papal Bull Laudabiliter, by which the Roman Pontiff claimed the right to bestow Ireland as a gift to the English King on condition that he suppressed the ancient Celtic or Culdee Church, and brought the island and its people into submission to Rome.”

  7. Portia says:

Oliver, we did not facilitate Paddy the Patriarch into our country. The truth on this is hidden from our his+story books with good reason. It is not mentioned about the rounding up of children at Tara and burning them to force parents to convert.

    http://www.jesusneverexisted.com/murderers.htm
They will suffer in the first place the chastisement of the divine condemnation and in the second the punishment of our authority which in accordance with the will of Heaven we shall decide to inflict

But oh yes, the pantamine begins now.

    Get your popcorn ready.

  8. Ladies, our greatest mistake was in facilitating that original abuser Patrick, as I have previously stated, prior to his appearance in Ireland in 432A.D his sexual habits were known and despised by the English Christians. His Roman now Vatican State, were his sponsors in what was always a part of Roman & Greek daily life, anal sex with males or female of any age. The Greeks reference to same was Uppa pisu (peezu). There you are ladies, and still a favourite of most mainstream religious orders, especially the main offshoot of our Vatican/Roman Catholic master enslavers of helpless children. Regards from Twisted Oliver. p.s don’t worry, we will see the pantamine unfold, soon.

    Hi Portia,

To quote from your above post:-

“I thought the people would be free of the Roman cult by now, but not so.”

Its been clear to me (at least) for many years now that our history for the last 800 years (RC rule included) has made a right mess of our collective psychology. Will Bertie (& his pals) do time for their crimes? Somehow, I doubt it. Not in my lifetime anyway.

Portia. I wish you the very best of luck.

  10. Portia says:

    Hi Martha.

Thank you so much for your wise words.

    I agree with you.

I have come home to visit a few times, but could not wait to do my business and get out again.

I thought the people would be free of the Roman cult by now, but not so.

  11. Portia says:

Martha, how could any victim allow men in dreees from Rome touch them, never mind wash their feet? Squirmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

The Vat boys could care less whether children suffered or not. They are only in service to self.

We make the mistake of thinking they think the same as us, have emotions etc, when they have not..

Predator psychopaths can never feel anything.Never.

    Extract from the above article:-

“Abuse survivor Christine Buckley, of the Aíslínn Centre, said the Vatican had once again failed to acknowledge the enormous damage done to children. “It’s actually a regression instead of a progression,” she said.”

So, why did Christine Buckley go to that “feet-washing” gig at Dublin’s Pro-Cathedral in February last year? Can she not wash her own feet? Can she not forgive herself, or what? What did she do wrong, as a child???

I’m just curious as to what Christine Buckley’s “agenda” is …

  13. Martha says:

    Hi Portia,

    You wrote:-

“Martha, I remember growing up and unable to understand why parents did nothing out of fear of men of god and vowed then to be a voice in the future.”

That’s because our parents were themselves TERRIFIED of the Roman Catholic “gods”. Its only natural for people to react to such blatant Tyranny – the power the Vatican had over Ireland was pure unadulterated Totalitarianism and anyone who claims otherwise is either “brain-dead” or lying through their teeth.

So, if our own parents (especially our mothers) were so cowered in the face of that naked tyranny, then it follows that we, as children, could not understand all that raging lunacy. Its no wonder so many of us Irish are so fucked-up today…

    You also wrote:-

“The only way to protect the children was to leave Eire and all the Catholic cult leaders and members behind.”

I left Ireland when I was still a teenager and have lived abroad (in several countries) for many years. However, I returned to my roots, as it were: I guess I felt adult enough to stand up to the RC lunatics by then, and believe me, I have taken a firm stance against them on many occasions, especially since I became a mother myself. See, there’s no point in fleeing from one’s “Makers”, because that only means one will be running for the rest of one’s life. I guess I got tired running, i.e., instead “merely surviving”, I wanted to LIVE and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since I returned to Ireland. Fuck the bastards!!!

  14. Portia says:

Martha, I remember growing up and unable to understand why parents did nothing out of fear of men of god and vowed then to be a voice in the future.
I mean, how many of us remember being beaten for daring to speak truth re agents of the Vatican?

The shock to our wee systems was incredible. Parents supposed to protect us siding with abusers.

Then come 1994 and what do HSE do when abuse is reported?? exactly, support the abuser quoting the Catholic law of women and children obeying the male no matter what.

What did the court do? yes, support the abuser.

    Incredible but true.

The only way to protect the children was to leave Eire and all the Catholic cult leaders and members behind.

  15. Portia says:

    “think of the foot washing.Pauline.

“Yes, as they were supposedly washing the feet of the abused, they were washing their hands of the problem.!!!!!

How many saw the real symbolism before their eyes?

They are after all an asset and cash-rich organization (the first world franchise if you will) that has managed to protect said assets – from suits and taxation – until recently by declaring itself a soverign nation.”

Well hello! Are you only realising now that De Vatican is the most organised CRIMINAL gang in the western world? Here’s a clue: WILD WEST – yeehaw!!!

  17. Martha says:

    Portia said:-

“We watched our parents do nothing because of fear.”

Nail on the head, Portia. All you have to do now is take a good hard look at your own parent and where they came from …

All the best of luck, Martha x

  18. Yes i do see what you mean these men havent changed. think of the foot washing. its only about protecting thier way of life. This pope knew that it had been going on for years. He fixed the guidelines himself. These shows such as open air masses are to show all of us that its buisness as usual for them.Showing thier strengt.the church arent the best placed to be fixing laws about childhood. After all this time the pope still wont accept changes. If thay marry between themselves nuns and priests well at least thay might learn to care for children. But if thay go on using children to satisfy themselves sexually well that will be terrable because all these years of wanting to protect future children will be wasted.

  19. Portia says:

The men of “god” are brainwashed to believe they have some divine right that enables them to treat everyone else with contempt.

It has to be the greatest scam of all time.

Denial is a wonderful deception used by unevolved humans and it means the church leaders can avoid accepting responsibility for their crimes.

As children we all knew of the rapes of children by the men of god.

We watched our parents do nothing because of fear.

Are we going to do the same, so the next generation also suffers?

People need to study Canon law and the rules of the Vatican to learn that molesting children is a sacred ritual which men of god are entitled too- to steal the innocence of children to feed their “god” the energy of the children.

So few people understand what is really going on in the bigger picture.

  20. Portia says:

Looks like the sheeple of Eire are alive and well and obeying the shepherd with the crozier.

The deceptive intelligence used by the men in dresses has worked well.

In true abuser fashion, the perpetrators become the victims.

Yet the solution is so simple- stop supporting the Roman cult whose laws- came from some man on a fluffy cloud that no one has seen or heard in real life.

Good God, we tell our children at 7 that they are too old for such fairy tales and Santa is make believe, but here we are at 60, 70, 30, 40, still believing in what men in dresses heard in their heads.

All other people who hear voices are safely locked away.

  21. Portia says:

Taoiseach Enda Kenny said he was satisfied from his discussions with church authorities that it was giving full co-operation on child protection issues.”

Would someone please take Enda aside and explain about predator psychopaths.

Enda groomed himself by the perpetrators and does not even realise it.

    Jackson Pauline wrote:-

“…what gives them the right to expect to continue in education nursing and other situations where people are vunrable…”

Nothing, Pauline. However, such arrogance is known as the “Divine Right of Kings” (look it up). In short, it means being Criminally Insane – and we Irish, being a so-called Christian people, are very good at facilitating such lunatics. We moan and groan about about our political “leaders”, yet we do SFA about their abuse of power. Why? Well, because we are a “Christian” nation. LOL !!!

  23. Evin Daly says:

The reason that the reports are lacking is a legal one. The church is being sued and they won’t give any information away that would help anyone in this endeavour. 24. There is no reasson to believe that the guidelines set up in the vatican will protect children from abuse. The Pope and his experts on canon law will still be there to hide the signs as before. The present Pope thought only of the protection of the church. his letters prove this. thay arent very good teachers either. what gives them the right to expect to continue in education nursing and other situations where people are vunrable. thay have proved thier worth.
